Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
A: No, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

A: All our prices are listed in Pound Sterling (£).

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: What is your order cut-off time?
A: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+4) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that will be processed the next business day.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
Transit time: 3–5 business days
Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days total

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes! We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 8 days of delivery.

Q: Do you accept exchanges?
A: Absolutely. If you'd like to exchange an item, just contact us within 8 days of receiving it.

Q: How do I return a product?

Use the return label included in your original package.
Mail the product back to us.
Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Q: What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
A: We’re very sorry! Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—no questions asked.

A: Yes! Our toys are made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials and designed for safe chewing and play.

Q: What size dogs are your chew toys suitable for?
